A plane from Tokyo to Texas had to land early because of a problem on board.
The flight, run by All Nippon Airways (ANA), was going to Houston. It had to stop in Seattle on Saturday. The reason was a man who tried to open a door while the plane was in the air.
Police said the man was having a medical problem. Other people and the crew had to hold him down. He was later taken to a hospital. It is not known yet if he will be charged.
ANA thanked the police and said safety comes first.
While the plane was parked at the Seattle airport, a second person was also taken off the flight for bad behavior.
The plane finally got to Houston about four hours late.
This is not the first time something like this has happened.
In April, a flight from Bali to Melbourne had to turn back because a person tried to open a door in the air.
Last November, people had to tie down a man with tape on an American Airlines flight. He also tried to open a door.
In November 2023, a man opened a door on an Asiana Airlines flight just before it landed in South Korea. Nine people had trouble breathing and went to the hospital.
